The Flight Attendant / Passenger Services workshop is designed to provide an individual with a unique awareness of the actual role & responsibility. Cabin Crew are specialists, trained in a variety of duties from fire fighting, survival, medical & emergency procedures to in-flight service. Ground Staff and customer service persons should have dangerous goods awareness, safety & security. As an airline customer all we see is the font line staff and the glamour that is represented through confident well trained individual people in uniform. All those airline /airport people that work in their chosen airline profession, started from where you are now. Your advantage is our workshop, we will not only provide you with a starting point and applications but provide an introductory to the process of recruitment( We will have Airline Recruiters present to you).
